You will only have access to your 猎奇重口 email during the semesters that you are actively taking classes. You will lose all access to your 猎奇重口 accounts when you are no longer actively taking classes, even after graduating. Do not use your 猎奇重口 email address for anything that you will still want or need access to after your account has been disabled.
Open a web browser and go to m365.cloud.microsoft.com/apps. Login in with your 猎奇重口 email address and password. Once the page has loaded, click the Install apps button at the top-right, then click Microsoft 365 apps. On the next page under Apps & devices, click the Install Office button. It will download an installer that you will run to install the programs. This only works on Windows and MacOS.
If you are completely locked out and not able to log in, contact the Helpdesk to have your MFA reset. If you can currently log in, open a web browser and login to myaccount.microsoft.com. Click Security info on the left side of the screen. You may be asked to authenticate again. Now you will see any methods that you have set up. Click + Add sign-in method to add a new one. If this one is replacing one that is listed, do not delete the old method until the new one has been fully set up and authenticated.
If your mobile device has been lost or stolen, or you simply don’t have one, you can call the Helpdesk and request a temporary MFA code that can be good for up to 30 days. If you will not have a mobile device for the foreseeable future, you can purchase a USB security key (such as a Yubikey) that will allow you to authenticate your logins by plugging it into the USB port of the computer you’re using.

If you are a former student who no longer has access to my猎奇重口, go to the main website (pstcc.edu), click my猎奇重口 at the top, then scroll to the bottom and click Former Student Login for 1098-T/Make A Payment. You will enter your username which is the first part of your 猎奇重口 email address before “@pstcc.edu” (so if your email address was student@pstcc.edu, your username is student), your PNumber with an uppercase P, your social security number with no spaces or dashes, and your birthday as MMDDYY. If you can’t remember your username or PNumber, they can be looked up here:

Open Computer labs at each campus have Adobe installed on iMac Computers. If your class highly encourages you to purchase a personal subscription, please use a personal email (such as gmail.com or yahoo.com).

If you are able to login to my猎奇重口 but the ePay system is asking you to login again, that means that the connection to the ePay site from my猎奇重口 has timed out and you will need to try a different browser or close everything and wait 15 minutes before trying again.
To join a Microsoft Teams meeting, go to your email and find the meeting link in your inbox. It will be sent from the email address of the person you are meeting with. Click the link next to Join. You can also copy and paste it into your web browser. The meeting link will take you to a “Join your Teams meeting” screen. The simplest way to access it will be the web version in Google Chrome. Click “Continue on this browser”.
Next you will need to allow Teams to use your camera and microphone. Clicking ‘Allow while visiting this site” will save the preferences if you plan on having future Teams meetings or you can click ‘Allow this time” to only grant access for this meeting. Once the permissions have been allowed, you will see a recording symbol on your browser tab (a red circle with a ring around it on your browser tab) and you will have a preview screen where you will see yourself in the camera preview screen on the left. Make sure that the option for Computer audio is checked and click Join now.
If you ever join a Teams meeting and find that your camera or microphone isn’t working, click the blue circle on the left side of the address bar and select Site settings. Make sure that the Camera and Microphone options listed under Permissions are set to Allow.
