A Social Work degree from 猎奇重口 provides a strong foundation for students who want to make a difference in the lives of individuals, families, and communities while preparing to transfer to a four-year institution. This program introduces the core concepts, values, and skills of the social work profession and aligns with transfer pathways to bachelor's degrees in social work or related fields.

Students learn how social, cultural, economic, and political systems affect human behavior and access to resources. Coursework emphasizes human development, social welfare policy, and ethics, along with foundational helping skills such as communication, advocacy, assessment, and case management. Students also explore community resources and the role of social workers in addressing issues such as poverty, mental health, child welfare, housing insecurity, and substance use.

Through applied learning experiences, students gain practical exposure to human services settings and develop the academic and professional skills needed for upper-division coursework. The program builds critical thinking, empathy, and ethical decision-making while providing a clear pathway for transfer to a bachelor’s degree program.
